She works with individuals and couples navigating relationship issues, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and trauma, using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Psychodynamic, Narrative, and the Gottman Method. Celestine holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Master's Degree in Leadership. She has extensive experience working with teens and young adults as the founder and professor of a Centennial College program. Passionate about helping others, she looks forward to supporting her clients in navigating lifes challenges together.

She utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapies, including EFT, CBT, IFS, and Narrative Therapy, to ensure a personalized approach for each client. Tanvi Yenna, MSW

Tanvi is an Individual and Couple Therapist with experience working with a variety of identities and backgrounds. She gears her practice towards people who are often let down by the mental healthcare system. She prioritizes creating a strong foundational relationship so therapy can feel helpful and supportive. Tanvi has primarily worked in trauma and violence response. She uses a variety of tools including Emotion-Focused therapy, Brainspotting, and collaborative therapy techniques to create a non-judgmental environment for folks to share their story and fully feel their feelings. Outside of work, Tanvi enjoys nature walks, baking sweet treats and thrifting for trinkets

Larissa works from a non-judgmental and collaborative approach when assisting clients within the therapeutic space. She understands the importance of implementing an anti-oppressive and multi-culturally literate lens with all clients, as she works to recognize how systems of power and privilege can influence a client's own narratives of themselves and their identities. Larissa implements a predominantly person-centred and narrative approach in sessions, while including tools and techniques from CBT, DBT, and ACT. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, attachment issues, self-esteem and identity challenges, relationship issues, and other challenges related to the understanding of oneself. In her spare time she enjoys movement through the practices of dancing, exercise, and martial arts.
