Irene is a warm and intentional Registered Mississauga Psychotherapist with experience supporting teens and adults through trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, mood challenges, and relational struggles.

She creates a safe space for clients to explore and process past experiences and supports them in their journey to heal the emotional, behavioural, and thought patterns that leave them feeling stuck. Through this process, she helps clients build greater confidence, cultivate inner peace, and develop healthier, more secure relationships with themselves and others.

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and certification in Emotion - Focused Therapy, Irene works alongside clients to explore the deeper emotions and influences that shape their lives and supports them in discovering new ways of moving forward. Alongside this, she offers practical tools to help clients face life’s challenges, navigate emotions and relationships with greater ease, and build lasting resilience.
