Celestine creates a non-judgmental space for healing, attuned to cultural sensitivity, and tailors her approach to individual needs. She works with individuals and couples navigating relationship issues, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and trauma, using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Psychodynamic, Narrative, and the Gottman Method. Celestine holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Master's Degree in Leadership. She has extensive experience working with teens and young adults as the founder and professor of a Centennial College program. Passionate about helping others, she looks forward to supporting her clients in navigating life’s challenges together.
